MyGenieApp
MyGenieApp is a quick and easy solution to manage your CPU Group insurance products and services on the go. It is currently for use by schools and parents / guardians /
students who have signed up to our Mobile Learning porgamme but it is currently being expanded to cater for our iProtect and CPU Direct customers for insurance policy and claims
management and our Resellers / Finance Partners as a quoting tool.
MyGenieApp has been developed as a Progressive Web App (PWA), the latest in mobile app technology making it available on all types of devices and operating systems and is also available
in the Apple iOS Store and Google Play Store.
The progressive web app version will open in your devices default web browser (no download required) but will look and behave like an app. For Apple phone / tablet devices you can save
the app to your home screen by following the instructions from the Apple iOS suport page here.
MyGenieApp for Schools
MyGenieApp for school users includes all the core GENIE features required to manage your Mobile Learning programme including:
- Collection Summaries: View information on direct debit collections including information on any failed payments enabling you to act quickly on potential issues
- Claims Management: Make new insurance claims or track existing claims including those made by your parents / guardians / students in realtime so you know exactly where your device is during our repair / replacement service. You can also review and confirm claims made by parents / guardians / students. GAP and Misappropriation claims can also be launched from the app with realtime settlement figures calculated instantly based on contributions received.
- Claims Analysis: Claims analysis tools allowing you to assess the performance of your Mobile Learning programme to assist with key decisions for future rollouts
- Inventory Manager: A single area to manage all of your assets with information on device type, serial number and the student that has that device. You can even upload existing un-insured assets so all of your devices can be tracked and managed from a single source. Claims can also be launched directly from the inventory manager.

MyGenieApp for Parents / Guardians / Students
MyGenieApp for Parents / Guardians / Students allows you to manage orders you have made via our Mobile Learning signup portal. Features include:
- Order Management: View all your orders with details on device type, serial number, order status, payment collection information and much more
- Payment Management: Direct debit management facilities including the option to reinstate direct debit intructions that have any isssues, update your direct debit details and make contributions via credit / debit card
- Claims Management: Make claims and track exisiting claims in realtime so you know exactly where your device is during our repair / replacement service
